Welcome to the Hampton High Year 6 Transition online area. There are a range of links and resources below for students and families to inform you about your new school.
Please use this section of our website to read welcome letters from key staff, access our Year 6 Transition Welcome Booklet, watch a short film about our school, and keep up to date with all the correspondence we send out in relation to our transition programme.
Please note two important dates; we will be holding our Year 6 Transition Day which is on Monday 6 July (times TBC) followed by our Summer Fun Day on Thursday 20 August (times TBC). We will also be holding a separate transition event for SEND students; parents will be contacted separately with specific details.
